Information you provide
When you answer the fund questionnaire we collect your name, email, phone number (required), the fund-fit answers you give (what matters most to you, approximate investment range, timing, where the money would come from), and your self-reported accreditation status.
Your private investor page
If you continue in your private Arabella investor page, we also collect your confidentiality agreement signature (typed name, date, and the IP address it was signed from), your accreditation letter, W-9, government ID, entity documents where they apply, and the investment details you enter.
These documents are stored privately. Your files are available to you, Arabella's Investor Relations team and the fund administrator. Upload verification documents only through your investor page. Do not send them by email or through another form.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to your requests, route you to the right Investor Relations contact, prepare your investment paperwork, verify eligibility, maintain records, and meet legal obligations.
Sharing and retention
Information may be shared with service providers supporting communications, compliance, website operations, or offering administration, subject to appropriate safeguards. Records may be retained as reasonably necessary for these purposes.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by contacting investors@arabellacapital.com. Legal or compliance obligations may limit certain requests.
